Jim Has been an Expert Witness in NJ  Superior and Federal  Bankruptcy   Court  and Local Zoning and Planning Boards since 1978. Jim Has completed Several 1031 Tax Defers Exchanges and 1033 Exchanges working with Local Experts in the Tax Planning  Field of Investment Real Estate .
